Adient, a high-volume automotive supplier, is looking for hard working individuals who are willing to work the off shift at our Battle Creek, MI Plant. Candidates must be willing to work overtime, have a solid attendance record, previous manufacturing experience and must be able to stand for 12 hours. Candidates must be able to pass a hair follicle drug screen and background check.
Hourly Rate- $20.28
Shift Premium- $0.65
Raises- $0.25 raise every 6 months for 3 years, yearly raises after you reach top rate
Shift- 1st shift: 545a-345p, 2nd shift: 145p-1145p, 3rd shift: 945p-745a
Medical Insurance- effective 91st day of employment
Dental Insurance- after 6 months of service
401K- available immediately, the Company matches $0.50 on the dollar up to 2.5%
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.28 per hour
